I was born in Dublin in 1952 and am a graduate of NCAD. I live in Kells, Co. Meath.

I have been working as a full time professional sculptor since 1989, and have been commissioned to do many public sculptures. I work in bronze, stainless steel, stone and ceramic. I believe in Public Art and its discourse with people. I think that Art should provoke a reaction and that the people who are going to live around and with the piece should have an input into its development.

I also undertake a lot of private small commissions.

My studio work is my personal response to my environment and experience.
